From the initial sample inspection report to the creation of inspection plans, the measuring of parts to statistical evaluation, complaints management and FMEA, everything is included. We will also show you how to optimally guide the worker on the basis of digital photography and scanned drawings.
The management of tools, tool lists, setup sheets and CNC programs is part of the production planning and control system (GPPS). Via the item, the routing, the operation and finally via the selection of the machine, one gets to the CNC programs and their tool lists. Freely designable input fields in tool tables allow the creation of machine-dependent tool lists and setup sheets.
